Since the first moments, one of EPME’s concerns was to have an Independent Project Unit, well-structured and equipped to meet global supply purposes and specific realizations for its own clients, in the fields of Electrical Lines Networks, Substations and Industrial Electrical Installations.

 

Currently the Project area is vital for the company’s activity. It enables the development of diversified company’s areas in a solid and sustained way, through the rigour applied to any construction. The characteristics of each project are based on an experienced technicians’ team used to interpret demands, to define solutions and to do the monitoring of the implementation.

 

With sophisticated equipment and served by specialists with a noteworthy experience, the Project Unit had allowed a better communication with clients, but also an offer of “key in hand” products.

 

Aware of the need for rigorous basic information concerning the terrains, the company developed a set of specific services to ensure the success and the correct execution of its projects, as a complement to classic methods, based on photogrammetry, such as orthophotomaps,  aerophotography, cartography and topography. The usual dimension of study areas, their nature and the adversities of those geographical areas, make photogrammetry by aerial support an essential tool for the characterization of virtual basic elements to the “modern” project development, namely of architecture, roads, airports and energy networks, since it is adaptable to the different scales and precisions requested by the client.
