
Training is, par excellence, a vital tool for pursuing the strategic objectives of EPME.
Through Training we seek to provide our employees with knowledge, skills and attitudes to improve, qualitatively and quantitatively, their individual and collective performance.
With a view to the adaptation of the training contents to the current company needs, personalized treatment and flexibility when setting dates and timetables, EPME has its own technical and human resources: training room; training park, in a real context; internal trainers specialized in the most varied areas.
Its training action has been diversified, with a special focus on the following areas: safety, quality, environment, computing, technical areas, behavioral areas and foreign languages.
Under the slogan «skills can be cultivated», we look for the best practices, which give priority to quality, efficiency and innovation, and always take into account our clients’ needs.
